Engineering systems that scale

Poletti designs and builds infrastructure, platforms, software, and trust systems for organizations that value reliability, maintainability, and long-term ownership.

Building reliable systems requires strong partnerships.

We build systems that continue to work when we're no longer in the room.

Every platform we design is automated, documented, and engineered to be operated by the people who own it.

We build the operational layer behind modern engineering teams.

Cloud infrastructure, migrations, and observability. AWS, Azure, GCP. Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, networking, monitoring, and cost optimization. Scalable foundations built with Terraform and production-ready defaults.

Backend services, internal tools, and automation software. APIs, systems integration, and purpose-built applications. Code that solves operational problems and connects existing systems.

Things clients usually ask before we start.

We work across four engineering disciplines: Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, and Trust Infrastructure. Each engagement is scoped to deliver working systems your team can operate independently.

No. While infrastructure is one of our disciplines, we also build software, internal platforms, automation systems, and trust infrastructure. Most engagements span multiple disciplines depending on what the problem requires.

Trust Infrastructure covers the systems that establish and verify identity across machines and services. This includes HashiCorp Vault, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, machine identity, secrets management, and identity federation. We treat security as an engineering discipline, not an afterthought.

We start with a focused discovery phase to understand your current systems, constraints, and goals. From there, we deliver incrementally — shipping working improvements early and refining the solution with the people who will operate it. The approach is outcome-oriented: we measure progress by what ships, not what gets presented.
